The sports program for students who have a summer training course enrolled in SIS is mandatory
and is provided throughout the week. That is, two blocks in the morning and one in the afternoon each day. The program will include beach volleyball sessions, guided exercises (aerobics, zumba, circuit training, tabata), beach games, swimming, running, ball games, beach volleyball tournament. Others have a sports programme if they wish.
This year we are returning again to the area of central Italy to the town of Porto san Giorgio, about 1300 km from Prague. Accommodation at Camp 4 Cerchi , near the beach with four beach volleyball courts.
