Challenge #2 - Dexterity with the rod
Test your dexterity and flexibility with the rod, all you need is a stick, broom or hockey stick and a pad.
The challenge has three levels from simplest to heaviest.
Try all levels and record the number of repetitions per minute.
When exercising, watch the hold of the rod with both hands and the rod should not fall off.
In a bonus exercise, try threading the rod to at least one side.
